Odoo Quote Calculator is an internal pricing and quoting tool. This page explains what happens to your data when you use its optional "Sign in with Google" feature to send a quote by email.

What the app does

The calculator lets a user build an Odoo pricing quote and, optionally, email it directly from their own Gmail account instead of downloading a PDF. To do that, it asks Google for permission to send a single email on the signed-in user's behalf.

What we access

When you sign in with Google, the app requests exactly two permissions:

• gmail.send - lets the app send an email from your account. It cannot read, search, or modify anything already in your mailbox.
• userinfo.email - lets the app display which account you're signed in as (for example, in the "From" field of the message it's about to send).

What we do not do

• We do not read, list, or search your email, in that account or any other.
• We do not store your email address, access token, or any message content on a server. This is a static page with no backend; there is nothing to store it on.
• We do not share, sell, or transmit your data to any third party.
• We do not send anything without you explicitly clicking Send on a specific message you composed yourself.

Where your data lives

Your Google access token is held in your browser's memory only, for the current tab. It is never written to disk, a cookie, or local storage, and it disappears the moment you close the tab, sign out, or the token naturally expires (Google expires these automatically after about an hour).

Revoking access

You can revoke this app's access at any time from your Google Account's third-party access settings, in addition to the in-app Sign out button.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
